• Measure and improve the performance of our marketing, including our Google Ads campaigns

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies (such as tracking pixels and tags) to operate the Site and understand how it's used. These may be set by us ("first-party") or by third parties who provide analytics, advertising, and other services on our behalf ("third-party").

5. Google Analytics, Google Ads & Customer Match

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about Site use. We also use Google Ads, including remarketing, to advertise AES Med Spa across the web and to measure the performance of our advertising. As part of this, we work with Google LLC as a third-party advertising vendor. Google uses cookies and device identifiers to show our ads on other websites you visit, based on your prior visits to our Site, and to measure ad performance.

We may also use Google Ads Customer Match. When we do, we may share certain customer information we already have (such as a hashed — i.e., encrypted, non-readable — version of your email address or phone number) with Google, so that Google can match it against Google accounts for the purpose of showing you or similar users relevant ads. We do not share raw, unencrypted contact information with Google for this purpose, and we do not upload lists of customers who have not consented to receive marketing communications from us.

6. Third-Party Financing Partners

If you apply for financing to help pay for treatment, you'll be directed to apply directly with one of our financing partners — currently Cherry, PatientFi, or CareCredit (issued by Synchrony Bank). Any information you submit during that application is collected and processed by that partner under its own privacy policy and terms, not ours. We encourage you to review each partner's privacy policy before applying.

7. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Site, communicate with patients, process payments, or run our advertising (including Google, as described above)
• Our booking/scheduling platform (Boulevard) to manage appointments
• Financing partners you choose to apply with (Cherry, PatientFi, CareCredit)
• Professional advisors and authorities where required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

8. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

You may also opt out of marketing emails or texts at any time using the unsubscribe link provided, or by contacting us directly.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
