1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AES Med Spa website at aesmedspa.com (the "Site") and your relationship with AES Med Spa ("AES Med Spa," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or booking an appointment with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Use of This Website

The Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow you to learn about our services, request consultations, and book appointments. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by anyone else.

3. Medical Disclaimer

AES Med Spa provides medical aesthetic services under the direction of a licensed medical provider. Content on this Site — including treatment descriptions, pricing, and before/after imagery — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

• Individual results vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment.
• Nothing on this Site should be used to diagnose or treat any health condition, or substitute for an in-person consultation with a licensed provider.
• All treatments are subject to an in-person or virtual consultation to confirm candidacy.
• Always disclose your full medical history, medications, and allergies to your provider before treatment.

4. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

We ask that you provide at least [24/48] hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice ("no-shows"), may be subject to a cancellation fee. A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments or treatment packages. Deposit and refund terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

5. Payments & Financing

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout, and eligible patients may apply for financing directly through our third-party financing partners — Cherry, PatientFi, or CareCredit — or use Affirm or Klarna where available at checkout.

Each financing partner's approval, rates, terms, and repayment conditions are determined independently by that partner, not by AES Med Spa. Please review each partner's terms and conditions before applying. AES Med Spa is not responsible for financing decisions, interest charges, or fees assessed by these third parties.

6. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information when booking an appointment
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Use the Site to transmit any harmful code or disruptive material
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal law

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the AES Med Spa name and branding — is the property of AES Med Spa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.
